SEWERAGE AND WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS

We successfully completed a Project to produce 17 Plugs and Moulds for 3 systems in Sewerage and Water Treatment plants. These moulds will be used daily for a number of years for continuous production of GRP parts from, by  an Irish company who export tanks and systems to Asia and Australia.

This is the first stage of the work involved in the production of a wooden plug to make a lid mould. The lid mould will be used to  manufacture lids to cover a Sewerage  Treatment plant system.

 Below  the internal baffle mould ready for production.

Above is the first base mould just taken from the plug and being     prepared for   production.

Below is the first completed tank made from our lid and base moulds. This tank is 3m wide and 3m high
